Who Is Ruth Badger?

Ruth Badger is the founder of The Ruth Badger Consultancy (RBC) and one of the UK’s most recognisable leaders in business transformation, sales performance and leadership development.

Known for her straight-talking, commercially driven approach, Ruth has spent nearly two decades helping owner-led SMEs and holiday parks reset their strategy and build confident, capable teams who can deliver long term results.

Ruth first came to national attention on The Apprentice (2006), becoming the standout finalist thanks to her tenacity, ambition and instinctive commercial intelligence. But her reputation hasn’t been built on TV appearances alone – it’s been forged through the real work she’s delivered since in transforming underperforming businesses, upskilling teams and helping owners grow their businesses with confidence.

Today, Ruth leads The Ruth Badger Consultancy and works directly inside owner led holiday parks and groups where she develops strategies, improves processes, supports and trains leadership teams to perform at the highest level and increases revenue and profit.
