From years of training for a corporate bank, Julie has built and run successful people management departments and strategies. An award winning Wellbeing specialist, Julie is an expert at developing company culture, staff engagement and retention. Her experience from running her own business to being the COO of a PLC, Julie’s understanding of leadership is immense. What sets Julie apart from most “experts” is her hands on approach; she is well known for dealing directly with people who are impacting negatively on the business. Equally Julie is professional, caring and really connects with people which is why she is so successful in developing others and getting them to be the best they can. Julie is a true leader and will lift an environment with her down to earth humour but focused strategic approach.
