  • Everything Tech was an interesting place to work as the company employed a wide mix of people. The culture of the business was always relaxed but as we grew, building a balanced culture became difficult. RBC worked within the business for two years and placed culture at the heart of our growth strategy. We acknowledged we had to get the culture right to attract and retain the right staff. Over a two year period, I observed RBC remove toxic people, create values and beliefs which were balanced and fair for the staff and the customers.
