Development Programmes

Leaders and Managers are often good performers, promoted based on their ability within their role. What people don’t do is then train them on how to lead or manage. Our flagship development programmes are designed to resolve that. They educate, upskill and empower all that attend. As all content is delivered with a mix of group and individual sessions, each delegate receives a bespoke course which fulfils their needs while attending a group programme. Each programme is different and aimed at a different level of individual. The Leadership programme is designed for the senior level within the business, or people who aspire to get there. The Management programme is designed for anyone who manages a team or person.

Leadership Development Programme

Our Leadership programme focuses on mindset and behaviour. The question of whether leaders are born or bred is answered within the programme as we teach, coach and develop leadership attitudes, practices and behaviours. Our 12 session management development programme is designed to upskill all delegates regardless of level. Training Sessions

Our one day training sessions are designed to deliver maximum value, knowledge transfer and impact. Sessions can be run in person or remotely and can be for one or up to 12 people.

Our sales training is designed to deliver two key objectives for all attendees. Firstly, the course is designed to motivate and give focus to the attendee, which allows the individual to self–manage their sales. Secondly, the course increases an individual’s knowledge of how to sell, up sell and capitalise on each sales enquiry. Completing the course will leave each attendee with an increased personal confidence, a clear sales structure which will ensure an increased sales performance and more personal enjoyment from the work they do!

Most businesses talk about strategy but not many actually know how to set one. Our one day strategy training was created to provide a clear understanding of what a strategy is, what they key components are, how to set the methodology, how to produce, implement and ensure the delivery of it.

This course focuses on the most important influencer of growth, which is sales management. We have a proven history of increasing revenue without increasing marketing spend and we do that through effective sales management. How to effectively manage a team, process and performance is at the heart of the course content. Practical sales management tools and advice is given so each delegate should walk away with skills that will impact.

Understanding performance management is key for any good business as it sits at the heart of the culture. Not addressing underperformance is as toxic as not praising good performers. This course teaches a set by step process on how to effectively performance manage any member of staff.

Using our guiding principles of “recruit, train, retain”. This course covers everything from scripting Job Descriptions, CV sifting, Interviewing, development and the key principles of culture and wellbeing.

Our methodology to mentoring is to stand so firmly behind you that it empowers you to grow and develop as a leader without anybody knowing we are there. We want to see you change without your workforce seeing us and our influence. That is the key to what we do.
