Wellbeing Strategy

Employee wellbeing is front and central to our award winning strategies. The financial cost saving will massively outweigh any investment within the service. Our award winning approach focuses on a complete strategy of wellbeing for each employee across the business. Covering mental, physical, social and financial wellbeing, it looks to maximise the support available across a wide, diverse range of approaches. The focus is to ensure wellbeing sits at the very heart of business decision making, ensuring the growth of team, positive culture and ensuring retention of high performing employees. As part of this programme, we also partner with a third party wellbeing benefit specialist to ensure you can support your team in every way. Our aim is to bring in benefits which will assist your employees at the exact time they need it, helping remove the worry of NHS waiting lists and supporting employee attendance and retention.

Menopause Training

Menopause is very topical but as anyone going through it knows, it doesn’t actually ‘pause’ for a good few years. Our one day training courses are designed to increase awareness around women going through it (or will be doing!), individuals who are working alongside people that are going through it, or managing teams with people who are experiencing it. Covering areas such as the symptoms and changes (I’m not mad, I’m maturing), dealing with the consequences, the knock on effect to mental health, the impact on the workplace and ‘men’-management.

Men’s Mental Health Training

It’s easy to say that ‘talking helps your mental health’, however this is easier said than done in environments where men often are the worst at doing this. Our one day training session aims to identify the wellbeing triggers, educate in a number of wellbeing units (such as stress, anxiety, PTSD) and provide understanding of ‘moving forward’. Understanding the signs of bad men’s mental health is crucial and this course increase awareness around specifically that.

Company Culture Consultancy

Approached on a consultancy project basis, this service is designed to remove toxic cultures and create balance and positivity. We will come into your business and assess from a leadership, middle management and staff perspective, the current condition of your company culture. We work with you and your team to develop the current, relevant and real values and beliefs. We then work hard with you to embed these within the business so they become an everyday feeling and environment which staff of all levels operate within.   • Everything Tech was an interesting place to work as the company employed a wide mix of people. The culture of the business was always relaxed but as we grew, building a balanced culture became difficult. RBC worked within the business for two years and placed culture at the heart of our growth strategy. We acknowledged we had to get the culture right to attract and retain the right staff. Over a two year period, I observed RBC remove toxic people, create values and beliefs which were balanced and fair for the staff and the customers. They implemented a culture and wellbeing strategy which focused on creating a fun but challenging working environment, rewards and opportunities for all staff (not just sales) and a retention plan which took the whole team on the growth journey. Some of the staff incentives were epic! We had our own "Wheel of Achievement", quarterly all team socials and even beers after 4pm to celebrate the successes of the week. It is without question that the culture RBC created helped the business to grow and made us very attractive to the buyers who bought the business in 2022.
