This is such a positive as she heads up the internal running of RBC and is the point of contact for all customers. With a rich and varied career, the majority of Jackies experience has been gained within operational customer service delivery and training. An award winning trainer, Jackie spent 8 years running customer focused training programmes and coaching staff from onboarding to annual competency. Due to this Jackie is a key part of our training delivery team, her energy and passion for getting the best from people delivers memorable training with a lasting impact.
